Originally from Poland and raised near Niagara Falls, Canada, where she cultivated a passion for business, fashion, and cosmetics. Her early career saw her thriving in corporate roles, managing multi-million-dollar accounts, and working with leading North American retailers. Despite the fast-paced demands of corporate sales, Ela discovered her true calling during maternity leave: empowering women through network marketing. Within nine months, she built a thriving international business that allowed her to leave the corporate world and focus on entrepreneurship and family during her move to Houston, Texas.
Ela’s achievements in network marketing are unparalleled. She reached the top rank of a global makeup company as one of the first Canadians to do so, leading a team of 12,000 women globally and earning recognition among the top 0.4% of earners worldwide. Her dynamic leadership and ability to inspire others led to opportunities to train, coach, and speak at corporate events across North America.
Now, Ela channels her experiences into Coachela—a coaching brand created to help women navigate life transitions, scale their businesses, and uncover their full potential. Certified in coaching and leadership through the John Maxwell Team, and trained in personal development through Dale Carnegie and Proctor Gallagher teachings, Ela blends strategy with soul. She’s the creator of The ELA-vation Method™, a mindset-focused coaching experience rooted in the most powerful personal growth principles, designed to help women create lasting transformation from the inside out.

How I Found My Calling
For years, I thrived in the corporate world, managing multi-million-dollar accounts and working with some of the biggest names in retail. But during maternity leave, my perspective shifted. I realized I wanted more than professional achievements.
I wanted to create a life of meaning and impact. That’s when I discovered network marketing and built a thriving global business within nine months. It wasn’t just a career change; it was the beginning of a calling to empower women to believe in their potential and transform their lives.
My Dream Was...
I always dreamed of a life where I could balance passion and purpose. A life where I could contribute meaningfully to others while having the freedom to prioritize my family. That dream fueled my decision to step away from corporate life and embrace entrepreneurship. My dream wasn’t just about success, it was about creating a legacy of empowerment for women everywhere.
That’s When I Hit Rock Bottom
There was a time when everything felt like it was falling apart. Navigating major transitions and balancing motherhood with new challenges stretched me beyond what I thought was possible. But hitting rock bottom forced me to rebuild, rethink, and refocus. It became a turning point where I learned to rise stronger and use those experiences to guide others through their own struggles.
How I Leveled Up
I leaned into self-growth, surrounding myself with mentors and diving into coaching certifications through Dale Carnegie, John Maxwell, and Proctor Gallagher Institute. I refined my skills, embraced challenges, and built a brand, COACHELA, to empower women to break through their own barriers. This journey taught me that leveling up isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency, resilience, and belief in your vision.
My Dreams Came True
Today, I’m living the life I once envisioned. I’ve built a successful coaching brand, inspired women across the globe, and found balance between my professional passions and personal priorities. Every day, I get to guide women toward their dreams, help them achieve breakthroughs, and celebrate their wins. Watching others succeed has become one of my greatest joys.

What Do You Do in Your Free Time?
You’ll find me at the gym prioritizing my health and wellness or reconnecting with my faith through church community groups. I’m also a girly girl who loves fashion and beauty, and shopping is my favorite pastime. In my downtime, I enjoy listening to inspiring audiobooks or indulging in reality shows like Love is Blind on Netflix. Balance, after all, is key!
Being a Mom
Being a mom is the hardest yet most rewarding job I’ve ever had. I take pride in being hands-on, prioritizing my children’s needs, and creating moments of love and attention. Life as a mom is busy, between sports and activities, it’s often a divide-and-conquer effort. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything. My kids are my greatest motivation to always prioritize what truly matters.
Where Are You From?
I was born in Łódź, Poland, but for the most part I grew up in Niagara, Ontario, Canada. I have lived in Toronto, Whistler (BC), Houston (TX) so my journey has taken me across North America, but my roots are a big part of who I am today.
